I think i only remember the part of love. Sigh.
What's love?
Love's more complex than liking & thus more difficult to measure, more perplexing to study. People yearn for it, live for it, die for it.
There's 3 types of components in Sternberg's Triangular Theory.
Intimacy, Commitment and Passion
Romantic love ( Intimacy + passion)
Companionate love ( Intimacy + commitment)
Fatuous love ( Passion + commitment)
Consummate love ( Intimacy + passion & commitment)

Variations in Love:
Findings suggest that WOMEN: are typically as emotionally involved as their partners or more so, are more likely to report feelings euphoric, giddy & carefree, floating on a cloud , are somewhat more likely than men to focus on the intimacy of the friendship & on their concern for their partner.
Self- disclosure- revealing intimate aspects of oneself to others.
As relationship grows, self- disclosing partners reveal more & more of themselves to one another ; their knowledge of one another penetrates to deeper & deeper levels until it reaches an appropriate depth. This shows that the opposite sex is interested in you.
